Serene Light, Materials: Stone pigments, Crystals, Mother-of-pearl, Glue

“Silent Light” is a series that embodies radiant yet quietly permeating moments of nature.

It captures the subtle tremor of light encountered at the thresholds between sky and earth, or between day and night—rendered through the calm pigments of mineral colors, the iridescent reflections of mother-of-pearl, and the transparent particles of crystal.

Canvas is composed of a dual structure of land and light. The downward flow of mother-of-pearl symbolizes the grain of time whispered to us by nature. Light reveals itself even within stillness, and the quiet resonance it creates invites viewers to encounter the rhythm and emotions of their own inner world.

This work is conceived not merely as a pursuit of visual beauty, but as a space for emotional purification and contemplation. It conveys the message:

“Light is always present, but it can only be seen when the heart is open to receive it.”
